Our history
We purchased our 1st rental property in 1990. In 2002 we began to grow into a full time business. We hired a full time maintenance staff so we could serve our customers the way they deserved to be treated. Since then we have grown to over 50 properties and 65 units. We rent to families in the Erie and surrounding area. We also rent to students in the Mercyhurst and Penn State Behrend areas. Whether it is family or student rentals we can handle the unique set of challenges each presents.
